 ur Personal Teacher Programme combines a full immersion stay with a tailored intensive English course and specialist teacher.
 diagnostic test is offered on the first day to establish the student’s level of English. From the results, the teacher and our Course Director will structure the student’s programme to achieve maximum progress. This programme is suitable for all levels, from beginners to those needing specialist tuition. Tuition is provided for either 15 or 20 hours per week, and normally takes place from Monday to Friday , however to accommodate Executives with busy schedules , lessons can be tailored to include week-ends . Courses are available all year, with no age restrictions. 2 -to-1 courses are available for students of a similar level of English, booking at the same time.
Your course outline:
The course offers the possibility of continuous contact with the target language and focuses on the skills of oral comprehension and spoken English together with careful explanation of grammar structures. We make every effort to encourage these skills and make the course Effective and Interesting, with each teaching block concentrating on obvious weaknesses.
These 1 to 1 sessions in England avoid distraction (by other students when class studies are followed) and first language interference after class while here. We are able to offer either a family accommodation stay with a member of the Optima Elite host family team or various selected hotels nearby or on the seafront.
